The Chosen One is the Vault Dweller’s grandchild. His mission is to preserve his rustic, peaceful people from the West Coast town of Arrollo.

Vault 13 survivors created Arrollo, led by the Vault Dweller. They restored the place using the Garden of Eden Creation Kit. Unfortunately, the kit destroys the tribal dwelling.

  • Your abilities, stats, and armament improve as you play and encounter factions.
  • It keeps previous games’ sandbox aspects. Choice mechanics and side storylines aren’t as deep as before.
  • VATS is introduced.

The Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System is a slow-mo mode that uses action points to target bodily regions. It’s Bethesda’s method of keeping traditional gameplay aspects in real-time.
